Terms of service

Please, be sure to read and accept everything before asking to commission me!!!

general considerations

- As stated before, I reserve the right to reject any order.
- I won't accept reference links from sites that I might feel unsafe opening.
- Please be as detailed with your request and bring as many references as you can, I may decline to work on something if not.
- The same goes for the feedback, we're trying to make something that you love so be clear and upfront about what you think when I send the sketches/updates.
- Commissioners don't have the right to mint/sell the drawing as an NFT.
- Have in mind that budgets have a reason to be (hours spent, taxes, etc) so please, do not try to re-negotiate the conditions.

Rights of use

- I reserve the right to use the commission in my portfolio or future commission sheets. We can discuss a timeframe of confidenciallity if your project needs it.
- The commissions are for personal use, you're not allowed to resell them nor make merchandise with it. If you want commercial rights we can discuss it.
- You can use it in the different media platforms (such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok...).

Artstyle

- I won't copy other artists work nor style, if you have a style in particular you'd like me to work with, please bring enough references and varied ones.
- References for colours are appreciated too, if not stated I'll use my own colour palettes.

Sketches & Revisions

- First sketches don't have an additional fee.
- Once I start to work in what will be the final piece you can request small changes and adjustments. Bigger changes will have an additional fee.
- I'll try to give you as many updates as I can.
- I reserve the right to decline complex changes or additions due to unclear or missing information.
- The final version of the drawing will be upscaled to 1080x1080 or 1920x1080.

Payments

- I work through PayPal Invoices.
- Payments will be in Euros or US Dollars.
- The prices are set depending on the amount of details and work necessary so please, be as clear as you can with what you want!
- Payments are made upfront, for budgets bigger than 250$ we can discuss it.
- Any last minute additions will have an additional fee.
- Commissions are non-refundable.

Pricing information

- The prices might vary considerably depending on the details of the commission, such as: size, number of colours, number of frames(in animations), amount of details, etc...
- The sizes are orientative, if you want something bigger feel free to ask me and I'll give you a budget.
- Same goes with things that may not be listed (spritesheets, logos, icons, etc) as long as they meet the terms of service I'll be more than happy to consider doing it.

Portraits

- 1 Character per portrait. If you want more to be included it would mean a bigger canvas and the price will increase.

Scenes

- Characters are separated from the base scene and its price will depend on the level of detail required.
- Simple animations include things like blinking, speaking, etc.

Sprites

4 Directions animation (4 frames)	+30$
2 Directions animation (4 frames)	+10$
Complex animations (More than 4 frames per direction)	+20$

- Spritesheets for enviroment will be priced depending on the number of elements, size of the sprite and details.
